    We may rebrand practices under the Juniper Services name for consistency, but we will work with you to retain the practice’s identity and location.
  4. What is the financial structure of the deal, including the purchase price and any ongoing compensation or incentives?

    The financial structure will be discussed individually, taking into account the practice’s value and your goals. We offer competitive compensation packages and performance incentives.

  5. What is the transition timeline, and will I be expected to stay on for a specific period after the sale?
